Abstract:
In order to explore the baking effect of water-heat separation and dehumidification methods with heat-pump in the bulk curing barn, this paper used Yueyan 97 tobacco leaves as a sample to design the baking efficiency test of bulk curing barn between heat pump (HP) and traditional coal (TC).The temperatures of 22 test points and power consumption data of the bulk curing barn were obtained through the acquisition system. The temperature field uniformity problem was analyzed with the two methods in the bulk curing barn.Combined the economic cost, appearance quality and main chemical components of the tobacco leaves after curing, the characteristic indexes showed that the HP method can effectively improve the quality of tobacco leaves and reduce the energy consumption of curing. The results showed that, under the same baking conditions, the standard deviation of TC method was 1.313℃ and the mean was 1.855℃;The standard deviation of HP method was 0.540℃ and the mean was 0.754℃.Combining the horizontal and vertical temperature field tests, temperature fluctuation of HP method, which can form a stable temperature flow field, was smaller than TC method, and it was beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco after baking. When the quality of dry leaves was comparable, the total cost of the HP method was 46.28% of TC,and the unit dry leaves cost was 41.88% of TC.The appearance quality and main chemical composition of tobacco leaves using the HP method were better than those using the TC method.
