Abstract: Combined with the production process of Roller-type shrimp sheller processing line, a set of automatic control system based on SIMATIC S7-1200 CPU was designed for the processing line. SINAMICS series drive products are the core components of Siemens "Totally Integrated Automation（TIA）". PROFINET matched the Industrial Ethernet standard. Through Profinet bus, this control system is composed of 1200 PLC, SINAMICS drive and HMI. Hardware configuration and software programming are carried out through TIA Portal software development platform. Builded the automatic control system is reliable, economical and efficient.
