基于DFMA理念的甘蔗收获机输送装置研发应用实践

The Application Practice of Research and Development of the Conveying Device of Sugarcane Harvester Based on DFMA

  • 摘要: 为解决传统研发模式下甘蔗收获机输送装置体积大、质量大、零件多、可装配性及可制造性差导致整个生产试制过程中设计、制造反复多,造成产品研发延误的问题,在新一代轻型甘蔗收获机输送装置研发过程中,从设计源头入手,采用面向装配与制造(DFMA)的设计理念,将产品设计与工艺设计并行开发,充分考虑其下游的制造、装配、维护等各方关联因素,以KISS原则为主线贯穿整个设计过程,DFA指数则作为衡量工具对重要零部件初始设计方案进行效率核算,以核算结果为依据对该方案进行优化再设计的多次迭代。实践表明,运用DFMA方法后,取得输送装置总成的质量减轻12.21%,设计制造周期缩短5%,生产成本下降5.38%,小批生产的2台样机一次装机合格并及时投入当年榨季使用的效果。本实践对甘蔗收获机的产品研发及优化具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of delayed production research and development resulted from repeated designs and manufacturing in the process of manufacturing prototype caused by the large size,great quality,a large quantity of parts,poor assemblability and manufacturability of the conveying device of traditional sugarcane harvesters.The pattern of design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) was applied in the course of the research and development of the conveying device of the new generation of light traditional sugarcane harvesters,developing product design and process design in parallel,fully considering the downstream parties associated factors such as manufacturing,assembly,and so on.Based on the KISS principle,the primary design of the important parts was measured by DFA index as the measurement tool.It was optimized and redesigned based on the result of the measurement.Practice results showed that with DFMA,the mass of the conveying device assembly can be reduced by 12.21% and the design and manufacturing cycle can be shortened by 5%.The two prototypes produced in small scale were assembled qualifiedly at the first try and put into use in the crushing season.This practice is of certain significance for the research and development,and optimization of sugarcane harvesters.
