植保无人机飞行作业参数对玉米施药作业效果影响研究

Study on the Influence of Flight Operation Parameters of Plant Protection UAV on the Effect of Maize Application Operation

  • 摘要: 为了研究植保无人机在玉米病虫害防治及叶面肥喷洒中的作业效果,以无人机的飞行高度和飞行速度为试验因素进行正交试验,分析植保无人机在不同的作业参数下,玉米上、中、下3个层级的雾滴沉积密度和雾滴沉积均匀度,并结合极差和方差分析选择最优作业参数。试验结果表明:无人机在飞行高度为2.5 m、飞行速度为5 m/s时,无人机施药作业效果较好,上、中、下层的雾滴沉积密度分别为10.89、4.18、2.65个/cm2,雾滴沉积均匀度分别为25.06%、27.40%、48.56%。同时,考虑无人机作业参数受作业地点限制,无人机在不同飞行高度下的最优飞行速度参数分别为:高度2 m时速度为5 m/s、高度2.5 m时速度为5 m/s、高度3 m时速度为5 m/s。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the operation effect of plant protection UAV in maize pest control and foliar fertilizer spraying, the orthogonal test was carried out by taking the flight height and flight speed of UAV as the test factors,and the droplet deposition density and droplet deposition uniformity of maize at the upper, middle and lower levels of plant protection UAV under different operating parameters were analyzed, and reasonable operating parameters were selected by combining range and ANOVA. The test results show that when the flight height of UAV is 2.5 m and the flight speed is 5 m/s, the effect of UAV application is better, the droplet deposition density of the upper, middle and lower layers is 10.89, 4.18 and 2.65 pcs/cm~2, respectively, and the uniformity of droplet deposition is 25.06%, 27.4% and 48.56%, respectively. At the same time, considering that the operating altitude of the UAV is limited by the operation location, the optimal flight speed parameters of the UAV at different flight altitudes are: height 2m and speed 5 m/s; height 2.5 m, speed 5 m/s; height 3 m, speed 5 m/s.
