植保施药喷头研发现状分析

Research Status and Suggestions on Plant-protection Nozzles in China

  • 摘要: 植保施药喷头是植保施药装置的终端部件,对药液雾化和喷雾质量起到决定性作用,施药效果和农药利用率在很大程度上取决于喷头类型的选择和喷头本身的质量,选择合适的雾化喷头是实现精准作业、减少农业环境污染的有效方法。加强植保施药喷头的研究与开发对提高喷雾机械的性能具有重要意义。本文在简要介绍植保喷头的分类、工作原理和内部结构类型的基础上,通过对国内外农药施用现状的概述、对植保施药喷头研究现状的分析和对无人机植保喷头使用情况的论述,总结了我国植保施药喷头在研究、开发和应用中存在的问题,并提出了改善意见和建议。

     

    Abstract: Plant-protection spray nozzle is the terminal unit of equipments for pesticide application and plays a decisive role in terms of liquid atomization and spraying quality.The effect of pesticide application and the utilization rate of pesticide,to a great extent,depend on the selection of nozzle type and the quality of the nozzle itself.Based on the overview of the current situation of the pesticide application and the status quo analysis of the research on plant-protection nozzles in China,the paper summarized the existing problems in the research,development,and application of the plant-protection nozzles in China.Furthermore,and some suggestions were put forward on the improvement opinion of these problems.Strengthening the theoretical basis research on plant-protection nozzles,which can provide a theoretical foundation for the research and development of high quality nozzles with independent property right.Strengthening the research and development of the purpose-designed plant-protection nozzles.Applying new materials and new technologies to the R&D of plant-protection nozzle,which can improve the performance and service life of the nozzles.Improve the manufacturing process and quality of plant-protection nozzles.
