桑叶绿茶连续化加工生产线加工工艺研究

Study on Processing Technology of Mulberry Leaf Green Tea Continuous Processing Line

  • 摘要: 本文在传统桑叶绿茶加工工艺基础上,研制了桑叶绿茶连续化加工生产线,并对各工艺的操作流程和具体参数进行详细阐述,茶叶感官评价表明该生产线加工的桑叶绿茶质量高,批次产品质量均匀,适合大批量的茶叶生产。

     

    Abstract: Based on the traditional processing technology of mulberry leaf green tea,a continuous processing production line of mulberry leaf green tea is developed,and the operation process and specific parameters of each process are described in detail.The sensory evaluation of tea shows that the quality of mulberry leaf green tea processed by the production line is high,the quality of batch products is uniform,and it is suitable for mass tea production.
