近红外光谱分析技术在中药材鉴定和质量控制中的研究进展

Research Progress of Near-infrared Spectroscopy in Identification and Quality Control of Chinese Medicinal Materials

  • 摘要: 近红外光谱技术可以从样本中无损提取出分析信息,可应用于多种中药材的真伪鉴别、次品的掺入量预测、中药材品种的聚类分析,并能够快速有效地对中药整体质量进行评价与鉴定,但用于含量较小的组分分析时偏差较大。采用近红外光谱技术还可以优化中药提取、分离纯化过程的提取时间、次数,降低提取物中杂质含量,使中药材主要有效成分的提取工艺和分离、除杂过程实现高效与质量可控,从而降低生产成本。近红外光谱分析技术的引入,有助于推动我国中药现代化的进程,对于维护中药市场稳定、优化中药质量控制技术具有十分重要的现实意义和实用价值。本文将近红外光谱技术在中药领域的分析应用划分为中药材鉴定和在线质量控制两类,分别以刻意假冒的判断、刻意部分参伪的判断、意外混淆用药的判断、药材道地性的判断、药用价值高低性的判断等5部分为区分点,以中成药制剂在线生产的不同环节为区分点,较为系统地综述了近红外光谱技术在中药材真伪鉴别、掺伪识别、品种分类、产地分析、质量评价以及中药提取与纯化过程、浓缩过程、制剂过程的质量控制等方面的应用和进展,为近红外光谱技术在中药材鉴定和品质控制中的应用提供参考和方向。

     

    Abstract: Near-infrared spectroscopy technology can directly obtain analytical information from a sample in a non-destructive manner,and conduct systematic research by means of chemometrics.It has been proved to be applicable to the identification of authenticity of a variety of chinese herbal medicines,prediction of incorporation of defectives,and cluster analysis of varieties of chinese herbal medicines.The evaluation and identification of the overall quality of chinese medicine can be performed quickly and effectively,but there is a large deviation in the analysis of components used for small amounts.In addition,the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in chinese medicine extraction and separation and purification process can optimize the extraction time and extraction times,reduce the content of impurities in the extract,make the extraction process of the main active ingredients of chinese herbal medicines and the separation and removal process to achieve high efficiency and quality controllable,to reduce production costs.The introduction of near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology helps to promote the modernization of chinese medicine,and it is of great practical significance and practical value for maintaining the stability of traditional chinese medicine market and optimizing the quality control technology of traditional chinese medicine.In this paper,the analysis and application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the field of traditional chinese medicine is divided into two major types of chinese herbal medicines identification and online quality control.The judgment of deliberately counterfeit,deliberate partial falsification,accidental confusion medication,herbal origin and the medicinal value level were used as diacritical points;the different online production processes were used as diacritical points,to summarizes the application and progress of near infrared spectroscopy in the authenticity identification,adulteration identification,variety classification,origin analysis,quality evaluation,as well as the extraction and purification process of traditional chinese medicine,concentration process,quality control of preparation process and so on.It provided ideas and directions for the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the identification and quality control of traditional chinese medicine.
