果园除草机器人研究现状与展望

Research Status and Prospects of Orchard Weeding Robots

  • 摘要: 智能果园除草机器人在智慧果园管理的现代化、智能化发展中举足轻重,对于解决果园中耕除草过程中出现的劳动力不足、效率低下、环境污染、食品安全等问题具有重大意义。为了明确果园除草机器人的关键技术与装备应用的研究现状,总结梳理了典型果园除草机器人在智能感知与识别技术、移动本体设计与控制、除草机构与机制研发等方面的研究进展。结合现有机器人在续航能力不足、自主导航能力不达标、移动底盘通用性不强、株间除草质量欠佳等共性问题,指出配备清洁绿色混合动力能源、优化组合导航和感知识别技术、研制复合移动本体以及多功能除草机具、完善多机群控与协同作业技术是智能果园除草机器人的未来发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent orchard weeding robots play an important role in the modernization and intelligent development of smart orchard management, and are of great significance in solving problems such as labor shortage, low efficiency, environmental pollution, and food safety that arise during cultivating and weeding in orchards. To clarify the research status of key technologies and equipment applications of orchard weeding robots,the research progress of typical orchard weeding robots in intelligent perception and recognition technology,mobile body design and control, and weeding mechanism development were summarized. Based on the common problems of existing robots such as insufficient endurance, substandard autonomous navigation ability, weak versatility of mobile chassis, and poor quality of inter-plant weeding, it is pointed out that equipped with clean and green hybrid energy, optimized combined navigation and recognition technology, and the development of composite mobile bodies and multi-functional weeding machines, as well as improved multi-machine swarm control and collaborative operation technology are the future development trends of intelligent orchard weeding robots.
