Abstract:
The secondary storage and preservation of shatian pomelo,at different temperatures,were studied by different packaging treatments.There are four kinds of common peel injuries such as poking,scraping,squeezing and insect spots in grapefruit fruit picking.The effects of peel damage and packing film material on storage of Shatian pomelo were studied,in this paper.By regularly detecting the weight loss rate and main nutrient index in the storage process,observing the color of grapefruit fruit,appearance shrinkage,the whole grapefruit hardness and other appearance indexes,tasting the flavor of grapefruit fruit in storage,and then comprehensively evaluating the storage effect.The results showed that temperature and packaging were the key factors in the second preservation of Shatian pomelo,and packaging film material is the third factor affecting on storage.Packing PVDC film in cold storage at 5 ℃ has the best storage effect which the mass loss rate is 0.3% after 60 d of storage.Speckled pomelo fruit caused by disease drugs had the greatest effect on storage due to peel damage.
