Abstract:
Most of the existing automatic fruit and vegetable cutting machines on the market are large machines,which are not suitable for daily life.In order to improve the efficiency of fruit and vegetable cutting,an IoT-based fruit and vegetable fresh-cutting system was designed,including the design and implementation of robotic arm grasping,and the design and implementation of the fruit and vegetable fresh-cutting system.The fruit and vegetable automatic cutting system in this paper uses the serial port of STM32F1 to communicate with the server for real-time control instructions,and STM32F103C8T6 as the control core.The back-end uses Netty to write the server to let the web page communicate with the hardware module.After meeting the fruit and vegetable cutting conditions,the task command controls the camera to take The image and the telescopic,rotating and lifting of the robotic arm control the movement of the robotic arm to hold fruits and vegetables through inverse motion analysis,so as to realize the function of automatic cutting and transportation of fruits and vegetables.The system is visualized and automatically controlled through a web page,which is easy to use and has a good promotion prospect.
