Abstract:
Rice drying is an important part of rice production. Natural drying can no longer meet the needs of rice drying. The annual loss of food mildew caused by failure to dry in time to reach safe storage moisture content reaches 5%, and the demand for mechanized rice drying is increasing. Mechanized drying is an important means to improve rice drying efficiency, uniform moisture content, and improve the taste of rice. This article briefly describes the main points of the mechanized rice drying technology, the working principles and characteristics of the current main domestic rice drying models and provides a reference for agricultural producers and operators to provide post-harvest drying operations.
