植保无人机在精准农业中雾滴飘移影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Droplet Drife of Plant Protection UAV in Precision Agriculture

  • 摘要: 为了深入了解植保无人机在精准农业中的应用,掌握植保无人机喷施雾滴的飘移情况,针对植保无人机在不同风速下喷施雾滴飘移的现象,通过试验分析不同风速对雾滴飘移的影响。试验运用大疆T30植保无人机,利用变异系数C.V值和样本标准差S值对6架植保无人机喷施雾滴情况进行对比分析。结果表明:风速为0.2~4.1 m/s,沉积区雾滴平均覆盖度为1.48%~2.48%,平均雾滴密度为9.1~15.8 个/cm2;当风速为3.2 m/s时,沉积区雾滴沉积效果最好;当风速超过 3.2 m/s 后,沉积区的雾滴沉积量将逐渐减少,沉积区雾滴的起始位置位移越大,沉积区的雾滴沉积分布均匀性越差。试验结论为进行植保无人机喷洒作业时,选择风速不超过3.2 m/s的作业天气可达到最优的作业效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to deeply understand the application of plant protection UAV in precision agriculture,master the drift of spray droplets sprayed by plant protection UAV,aiming at the phenomenon of spray droplet drift of plant protection UAV under different wind speeds,The effects of different wind speeds on droplet drift are analyzed.The test platform is mainly DJI T30 plant protection UAV,the spray drops of 6 plant protection UAVs were compared and analyzed by using the coefficient of variation CV value and sample standard deviation s value.The results show that,when the wind speed is 0.2~4.1 m/s,the average droplet coverage in the deposition area is 1.48%~2.48%,the average droplet density is 9.1~15.8 dot/cm~2;when the wind speed is 3.2 m/s,the droplet deposition effect in the deposition area is the best,when the wind speed exceeds 3.2 m/s,the amount of mist droplets deposited in the sedimentary area will gradually decrease,the larger the initial position displacement of droplets in the deposition area,the worse the uniformity of droplet deposition in the deposition area.Therefore,in the spraying operation of plant protection UAV,the operation weather with wind speed not exceeding 3.2 m/s shall be selected to achieve the optimal operation effect.
