新型温度采集器在农产品加工储藏中的应用研究

  • 摘要: 针对农产品大规模加工储藏过程中温度采集存在的问题,提出一种基于LoRa无线通信方式的新型温度采集器,并介绍了该装置的软硬件设计与性能测试。该装置采用多温度传感器与单总线结构,可实现温度的多点、连续、实时、在线检测,具有结构简单、性能稳定、低功耗、传输距离远等优点,应用在粮食储藏和茶叶加工中,可实时监测温度变化,及时预警异常发热情况,有效避免损失、保障农产品品质。该装置可满足不同类型农产品加工储藏的使用需求,对节省人工、保障农产品品质、降低农产品加工储藏过程中的损失具有十分重要的意义,应用前景广泛。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems and limitations of temperature collection in the large-scale processing and storage of agricultural products,a new temperature collector based on LoRa wireless communication was proposed,and the hardware and software design and performance test of the device were introduced.The device adopts a multi-temperature sensor and a single bus structure,which can realize multi-point,continuous,real-time,and online detection of temperature.It has the advantages of simple structure,stable performance,low power consumption,and long transmission distance.It is practically used in food storage and tea processing,and the effect is obvious.The device can meet the requirements for the processing and storage of different types of agricultural products,and have a very important promotion significance for reducing labor,ensuring the quality of agricultural products,and reducing losses in the processing and storage of agricultural products.It can have a wide application prospect.
