Abstract: Photovoltaic agriculture is a new type of facility agriculture developed in recent years, which has been promoted and applied to a certain extent in China. This paper investigates, analyzes and summarizes the development status and characteristics of the“agriculture solar complementation”project in Guangdong Province, summarizes the growth characteristics of plants in photovoltaic planting industry, and analyzes the plant planting mode suitable for photovoltaic+planting industry according to the climate characteristics, planting habits and dietary characteristics of Guangdong Province, so as to provide reference for making full use of solar and thermal resources in Guangdong Province, realizing the annual production of photovoltaic agriculture, and promoting the development of photovoltaic agriculture.
