Abstract:
The welding operation environment is poor,the manual welding has high labor intensity,low production efficiency,and the production quality is not stable.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the welding robot operation,takes the greenhouse truss as the research object,analyzes the welding method and efficiency of the welding robot,and designs and studies a set of automatic welding system for the greenhouse truss with the robot carrying the welding system as the center and the multi-equipment working together.The application research showed that the automatic welding system improved the production environment,reduced the labor intensity,improved the welding quality of greenhouse truss,and increased the working efficiency by 60% compared with manual welding.
