Abstract: Taking Shatian pomelo as an example,the status of its post-harvest commercialization technology application was reviewed,and the development ideas for improving the economic benefits of Shatian pomelo were proposed.Focused on the development of fruit grading technology,fresh-keeping technology and the important role of packaging technology,through a review of the existing post-harvested commercial processing technology of fruits,put forward reference suggestions for the selection of post-harvested commercial processing technology and prospect of the development direction of commercialized treatment technology of Shatian pomelo.
