Abstract: Pineapple is a famous tropical fruit. Pineapple cultivation is a traditional characteristic industry in Xuwen County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. It is also one of the important local agricultural pillar industries. At present, the production of pineapple depends on manual labor except for treatment of straw and tillage, high production costs, economic benefits decreased year by year, seriously affecting the healthy development of the industry. In view of the current situation of pineapple production in Zhanjiang,this paper aims at reducing the production cost, from the point of view of improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity, takes mechanized technology as the means, the idea of pineapple mechanized production technology, which is suitable for pineapple production in Zhanjiang, combining agricultural machinery and agronomy was put forward.
