Abstract: With the rapid spread of pig manure from Africa,the pig industry has been greatly impacted,which makes the pig industry develop in a closed,intensive and large-scale way.At this stage,the cleaning of the floor,rack and ceiling of the piggery is basically manual operation,which makes the personnel frequently go in and out of the piggery.Therefore,it brings a high risk of biologycal safety to the piggery.In order to reduce the in and out frequency of cleaning staff in pig house and solve the problems of heavy workload,high work intensity and long working time of cleaning staff,this paper designs an intelligent washing robot which combines AGV chassis and five degree of freedom mechanical arm.The robot has the function of self-moving and self-cleaning facilities in pig house.
