Abstract:
As an important part of rural economic and social development,rural collective economic organizations are an important driving force for the current victory in poverty alleviation.As the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in deeply impoverished areas,the development status and model of collective economic organizations have important reference significance.Therefore,taking Liupanshui in Guizhou Province as an example,through surveys of collective economic organizations in 55 villages,it was found that collective economic organizations had a shortage of talents,a single source of development funds,a large reliance on policy subsidies,and an excessively high proportion of the primary industry and problems such as high double risks,low industrial income,and unobvious social benefits.Some solutions to the corresponding problems were propose,in order to provide decision-making reference for the implementation of policies by relevant departments.
