Abstract: In order to reduce the intensity of working when spreading granular fertilizer for the pineapple and transporting after pineapple picking,a high-ground clearance and electric-driven granular fertilizer spreader with dual functions of application was designed.The machine can be used for two purposes,and the granular fertilizer application system is installed on the platform.After the fertilization part above the platform is dismantled,and the expansion fence is installed around the platform,it can be used for transportation after pineapple picking.The machine has a left fertilizer box and a right fertilizer box,and the spacing of the fertilizer box,the fertilizing device and the fertilizing pipe can be changed synchronously with the change of the track pitch of platform,so as to meet the requirements of fertilizing pineapple plants with different row spacing.The fertilizer applicator has two modes:manual and automatic control.The left and right electric fertilizer applicators are used to fertilize,and the fertilization amount per minute can reach 14 kg.The blast pipeline is added to the fertilization pipeline,which can ensure the smooth application of fertilizer and avoid the fine fertilizer from sticking and blocking the fertilization pipe.When fertilization is not applied,the height of the fertilization port can be adjusted by the electric push rod to prevent it from colliding with the ground.The integrated granular fertilizer application system can meet the requirements of granular fertilizer application and transportation in pineapple field,greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving the utilization rate of equipment.
