Abstract:
Prefabricated delicacys refer to finished or semi-finished products processed from agricultural,livestock and aquatic products with various excipients. Compared with frozen food, precast food has greater improvement in nutrition, taste, taste and other aspects juxtaposition inclusivity, which can provide more choices for consumers;in terms of processing depth,the processing depth of frozen food is higher than that of precast food.In recent years, due to the epidemic situation, lazy economic development and other reasons, the emerging industry of prefabricated delicacys has developed rapidly. As an emerging industry, the prefabricated delicacy industry has opportunities such as huge market gap and many unopened resources, but it also faces the shortage of relevant professionals; the lack of relevant scientific research platforms; and the lack of relevant production standards. This paper discusses the beginning, development and current situation of the prefabricated delicacy industry, as well as the future development trend of the prefabricated delicacy industry and some existing problems at present stage, and looks forward to the development of the prefabricated delicacy industry in order to provide a theoretical reference for the good development of the prefabricated delicacy industry.
