Abstract: Rucheng Shazhou is located in Shazhou Yao ethnic village, Wenming Yao ethnic town, Rucheng County, Chenzhou City. It is the place where the story of “Half quilt” happened. Driven by the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, Rucheng Shazhou has been transformed from a poor mountain village into a red culture inheritance base and tourism base, and has become a demonstration site for rural revitalization that can be copied and used for reference. This paper mainly analyzes the case of Rucheng sandbank so as to provide reference for other areas, especially mountainous and hilly areas and poor areas to develop modern and efficient rural revitalization.
