Problems and Countermeasures for the Development and Utilization of Water Resources in Hutubi County

摘要: 本文阐述了呼图壁县水资源概况，分析了当下的用水现状和对农业生产的影响，针对呼图壁县地下水位持续下降和水资源开发利用存在问题，提出相应的对策和建议，从而促进当地农牧业生产和社会经济的健康发展，并为实现呼图壁县水资源可持续利用提供参考。

Abstract: This article elaborates on the overview of water resources in Hutubi County,analyzes the current water use situation and its impact on agricultural production.In response to the continuous decline of groundwater level and the problems in water resource development and utilization in Hutubi County,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of local agricultural and animal husbandry production and socio-economic development,and provide reference for achieving sustainable utilization of water resources in Hutubi County.
