水果采收运一体化装置的研究与设计

Research and Design of an Integrated Device for Fruit Harvesting and Transportation

  • 摘要: 针对人工采摘水果劳动强度大、效率低、作业成本高等问题,设计水果采收运一体化装置。应用Solidworks软件对机车本体和关键部件,包括采摘机构、收集机构和输送机构等进行三维建模和设计计算,最终完成系统集成。研究表明,该装置能进行有效的果实采摘作业,降低人工成本,具有一定的适用性和推广性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of manual fruit picking such as high labor intensity, low efficiency and high operating cost, an integrated device for fruit harvesting and transportation is designed. The Solidworks software is used to perform three-dimensional modeling and design calculations on the locomotive body and key components, including the picking mechanism, collection mechanism, and conveying mechanism, and finally complete the system integration. Research shows that the device can carry out effective fruit picking operations,reduce labor costs, and has certain applicability and popularization.
