智能化蔬菜大棚节水灌溉控制系统设计

Design of Intelligent Farmland Water-saving Irrigation Control System

  • 摘要: 根据国内外蔬菜大棚在灌溉自动化技术方面运用的现状和存在的不足,研究并设计以PLC为控制核心的节水灌溉系统,通过使用GPRS作为通信,实现无线控制,根据蔬菜大棚反馈的实时数据与设定值比较进行合理调控。在设备的选型与运用上以可靠、经济为前提,提出当系统受到干扰可采取的措施。试验结果表明,控制系统运行稳定,操作简单,可以提高灌溉节水率,具有广阔的前景。

     

    Abstract: Improve the irrigation rate of vegetable greenhouse in China and solve the problem of hindering agricultural development at the present stage.Nowadays,vegetable greenhouses emphasize precision irrigation,which can be realized by adding automatic control technology.The combination of computer technology and automatic control technology has become the trend of agricultural development.Monitor and control the irrigation efficiency and effect of the greenhouse in real time,and select the irrigation mode conducive to the growth of crops.According to the current situation and shortcomings of the application of irrigation automation technology in vegetable greenhouses at home and abroad,a water-saving irrigation system with PLC as the control core is studied and designed.The wireless control is realized by using GPRS as communication,and the reasonable regulation is carried out according to the ratio between the real-time data fed back by vegetable greenhouses and the set value.In the selection and application of equipment,the reliability and economy are balanced,and the measures that can be taken when the system is disturbed are put forward.The results show that the control system has stable operation and simple operation.It can improve the irrigation water-saving rate and has broad prospects.
