基于机器视觉的芒果果形评价方法研究

摘要: 果形是芒果分级的重要指标。为避免人为主观因素对芒果分级的影响,采用图像处理技术对芒果果形进行自动检测,提出芒果果形评价指标及方法,对50个芒果的果形指标进行聚类分析,确定各评价指标的分级依据。并对该评价方法进行试验验证,结果表明采用芒果果形指数和饱满度相结合的方法对芒果果形进行评价其准确率可达92%。Abstract: Fruit shape is an important index of mango grading. In order to avoid the influence of human factors on Mango grading, image processing technology was used to detect mango shape. In this paper, the evaluation index and method of mango shape were put forward. Cluster analysis was carried out to determine the grading basis of each evaluation index. The evaluation method was verified by experiments and the results show that the accuracy of mango shape evaluation by combining shape index and plumpness is up to 92%.
