Abstract:
The realization of digital supervision of grain reserves can help inspectors to quickly and accurately judge changes in historical grain conditions,help grain depot managers grasp the quantity and quality of grain conditions in real time,and play an important role in the supervision and management of grain depots.During the grain storage process,the changes in the field of the grain bulk have three characteristics:temporal and spatial continuity,periodicity and coordination of multi-field coupling.Based on this basic principle,on the one hand,the detection and classification of the grain condition can be realized by analyzing the statistical characteristics of the grain condition data,and on the other hand,by analyzing the color feature similarity of the temperature field cloud map of the grain bulk and using the classification algorithm to classify the temperature field cloud map,it can also realize the judgment of the grain condition.Based on the above-mentioned basic principles and methods,a digital monitoring system for grain reserves has been compiled.The system can realize functions such as dynamic analysis of grain situation cloud maps,static analysis of cloud maps,multi-layer grain temperature analysis,etc..Combined with granary type characteristics,grain storage characteristics,and granary operation records,as well as environmental characteristics and other information,it can not only trace the changes in the historical grain situation,but also predict and warn the real-time grain storage status to ensure the safety and quality of stored grain.The software system has undergone the application and improvement of the national warehouse clearance and warehouse inspections in 2018 and 2019,and has provided effective technical support and tool services for realizing the quantity and quality and safety management of the entire grain storage process.
