数字孪生技术在现代化猪场生产应用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Digital Twins in Modern Pig Farm Production

  • 摘要: 数字孪生根据实物对象建立数值模型,通过增强现实、人工智能、机器视觉、大数据等技术,实现系统仿真、性能优化和预测分析。本文结合演变史分析了数字孪生实施方式;通过总结图像监控、声音监测和精准饲喂控制技术,对精准养猪进行了分析;总结了数字孪生在现代猪场能耗分析、三维可视化、预测模型、环境模拟上的应用;从物理模型成本、养猪数据库、开发资源3个角度分析了局限性;针对技术成熟度,结合多领域应用案例扩展分析;最后分析了现代化猪场生产中数字孪生技术的发展趋势,为智慧猪场建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Digital twins establish numerical models based on physical objects, and use technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine vision and augmented reality to achieve performance optimization and predictive analysis of the system. Based on the history of evolution, the concept and implementation of digital twins are analyzed; By summarizing two multi-modal perception technologies of image monitoring and sound monitoring and precision feeding control technology, the precision pig farming is analyzed; the application of digital twins in modern pig farm energy consumption analysis, three-dimensional The application of visualization, predictive model, and environmental simulation; based on the three perspectives of physical model cost, pig raising database, and development resources, the limitations are analyzed; for the maturity of technology, the analysis is extended with application cases in other fields; finally, the modern pig farm is pointed out the development trend of digital twin technology in production provides a reference for the construction of smart pig farms.
