Abstract: According to the requirements of standards such as DG/T 247-2021 "Agricultural Unmanned Aerial Vehicle" and GB/T 4208-2017 "Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures（IP Code）", the large waterproof test equipment for plant protection UAV was developed. The device is removable and allows for both IPX 5 and IPX 6 waterproof grade testing, it is mainly composed of box body, nozzle device, test bench, water flow adjustment and measurement system, control system, etc. The test results show that the effective volume of the box of the system is 72 m3, and all the technical indicators meet the test requirements, which can provide scientific test means for assessing the environmental adaptability and product reliability of the plant protection uav. At the same time, the glass door and glass wall of the equipment are designed for independent units, which can be expanded in size according to the actual needs, with a high degree of manual control and automation,providing effective means and technical support for the waterproof performance test of the plant protection UAV.
