箱式红茶发酵机控制系统设计

Design of Control System for Box Type Black Tea Fermenter

  • 摘要: 本文设计了一种采用PLC+人机交互界面作为控制核心,PID控制和模糊控制为原理,以发酵温度、发酵湿度、发酵氧气浓度作为反馈信号的箱式茶叶发酵机闭环控制系统。本系统搭配箱式红茶发酵机,在英德某茶叶厂进行生产试验。试验结果显示,基于PID的温湿度控制具有较强的鲁棒性,适合实际生产使用。以模糊控制为基础的含氧量控制,由于其原理特性,加之外界干扰因素多,抗干扰性较差、控制精度相对较低。

     

    Abstract: This system is a closed-loop control system that uses PLC+human-computer interaction interface as the control core,based on PID control and fuzzy control,and uses fermentation temperature and humidity,and fermentation oxygen concentration as feedback signals.This system is equipped with a box-type black tea fermentation machine and was tested in a tea factory in Yingde.The result of the test is that the temperature and humidity control based on PID has strong robustness and is suitable for actual production use.Oxygen content control based on fuzzy control,due to its principle characteristics,plus many external interference factors,poor anti-interference ability,and relatively low control accuracy.
