Abstract: In the supply chain of agricultural products, quality and safety is the primary guarantee. In order to understand the development trend in the field of quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain in recent years, taking CNKI database as an example, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the literature on the quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain by using citespace visualization software and Bicomb bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system, introduces RFM model to subdivide the value of the field of quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain, and obtains the hot topics in this field according to Baledo’s law and K-means clustering algorithm.The research shows that supply chain, block chain, e-commerce, food safety,coordination mechanism,supervision system and optimization are the hot topics in this field.How to control the source of agricultural products and avoid the quality and safety risks of agricultural products supply chain is the future research trend.
