Abstract
In order to solve the problem of aging population and labor shortage in China, improve the intelligence,automation and unmanned level of agricultural machinery in the suburbs of Beijing, realize the automatic power shift, machine lifting and automatic U-turn of agricultural machinery, and realize the unmanned whole process of agricultural machinery driving, operation and quality monitoring in farmland. In this experiment, the plots in the unmanned operation demonstration area were digitally planned, and the feasibility and key control modules of the unmanned agricultural machinery technology in the fields of ploughing and sowing were studied to verify the feasibility and performance of the unmanned technology. The test shows that the precision of driverless operation of agricultural machinery can be controlled within 3 cm. Compared with manual driving, the time utilization rate of driverless tractor locomotive is increased by about 10% and the fuel consumption is reduced by about 3.5%.Based on the in-depth analysis of the operation trajectory data, the coverage rate of manned operation is 94.38%,the coverage rate of unmanned operation is 99.39%, and the land use efficiency of unmanned operation is the highest. In addition, in terms of sowing quality, the qualified rate of seed spacing after unmanned operation is 95%, and the missed sowing rate is 5%, which meets the operation quality standard of precision planter.
