Design and Testing of Automated Device for Multi-layer Tube-based Hydroponic Vegetables

  • Tube-based hydroponic vegetables have the advantages of short growth cycle and high product quality. With the wide promotion of tube-based hydroponic vegetables, the research and development of automatic equipment for tube-based hydroponic vegetables can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. This paper designs a key node device of multi-layer automatic equipment with variable spacing for tube-based hydroponic vegetables, which can gradually increase the spacing of hydroponic pipes according to the growth stage and volume of vegetables. The vertical lifting transportation mechanism can realize the automatic transportation of hydroponic pipes in the vertical direction. This design can provide important technical reference for the equipment of existing tube-based hydroponic vegetable facilities and cultivation of plant factories.
