Design and Experiment of A Simple Grape Soil Cleaner

Grape planting area in our country is large, mainly concentrated in the northern region, due to the cold resistance, need to be pruned after winter buried over winter, spring grapevine soil shelf, heavy workload,according to the northern grape spring unearthed agricultural machinery agronomy requirements, based on economy, developed a simple structure, light use, strong adaptability grape soil cleaning machine, testing machine through structural mechanics analysis, Field tests showed that the machine had good soil clearing effect,the qualified rate of soil clearing was 92.9%, the working efficiency was 0.63 hm~2/h, and the machine had good stability, which was suitable for the spring soil clearing operation of grapevine in DunHuang area.
