An Integrated Fermentation Treatment System combining Compost Membrane and Ectopic Fermentation Bed

Composting fermentation is an old technology, and the improvement of microbial technology and mechanization level has promoted its application in the waste treatment of livestock and poultry farms.However, how to efficiently compost fermentation and the treatment of odor produced in the process of composting fermentation has always been a problem for livestock and poultry farms. In this paper, combining the characteristics of compost membrane and ectopic fermentation bed, the ectopic fermentation bed integrated fermentation treatment system was designed. The integrated fermentation treatment system has the following advantages: odor treatment is thorough and the disposal cost is low; composting process nitrogen conservation,composting products high efficiency; material fermentation thoroughly, high degree of mechanization.
