Experimental and Research of Mechanized Harvesting Cultivar for Leaf Vegetables

According to the situation of mechanized harvesting of leaf vegetables, 13 kinds of leaf vegetables were selected, and the comparative experiments of agronomic characters and cutting force were carried out on the experimental objects at maturity stage, to select the varieties suitable for the characteristics of mechanized harvesting. The results showed that 49-19, Qingchun, Qingqi and Xilan Brassica were the suitable for mechanized harvesting. The plants were erect with compact plant type and vigorous growth, with glossy green outer leaves, with wide-long green petiole and moderate stem cutting force.
