Agricultural modernization is an important measure to solve the problem of insufficient unbalanced development,an effective way to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in Shantou.This paper investigated the current situation of Shantou’s modern agriculture development systematically,analyzed the difficulties and challenges faced by the development of modern agricultural industry in Shantou comprehensively,and give some suggestions on the next development of modern agriculture in Shantou.
