Abstract
Aiming at the problems of single machine control,low equipment informatization,backward automation level,high labor intensity and low production efficiency,a set of automatic control system for fish preliminary processing line is designed and developed.Firstly,SIMATIC s7-1200 CPU is used as the main controller,combined with RS485 communication and PROFINET Ethernet communication,the integrated control of fish head and tail orientation,ventral and dorsal orientation and descaling and evisceration is realized.Then,in order to improve the degree of system informatization,a visual monitoring platform for PC and mobile wechat applet is built through the industrial Internet of things cloud platform.Finally,the practical application results show that the system runs stably,which is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises.
