某转管机枪机头回转式枪机强度及疲劳寿命分析

Analysis of Strength and Fatigue Life of Breechblock with Rotary Bolt Head of a Gatling Gun

  • 摘要: 枪机闭锁过程中所受的冲击是闭锁机构零件疲劳破坏的疲劳源。本文以某转管机枪的枪机为研究对象,建立了机头、机体和机匣导轨等零部件闭锁过程的有限元模型,在高膛压动载荷的作用下,对枪机进行瞬态动力学分析,得到了枪机强度薄弱部位的等效应力,并利用疲劳分析软件nCode DesignLife基于名义应力法的疲劳设计方法和时间步长载荷映射对枪机进行疲劳寿命分析,得到枪机的疲劳结果云图和各节点的疲劳寿命。仿真结果表明,枪机在闭锁过程中不会产生塑性变形,且疲劳寿命长于实际使用寿命。仿真结果符合枪械寿命设计要求,为类似转管机枪枪机的改进提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The impact of bolt during locking time is the fatigue source of fatigue rupture of breech mechanism components. In this paper, the bolt of a gatling gun was used as the research object, a finite element model of components such as bolt head, bolt body and receiver rails during locking time was established. The transient dynamics analysis of the bolt under high bore pressure dynamic load was carried out. The equivalent stress analysis of the weak spots of bolt was carried out. And utilizing the nCode DesignLife, fatigue life analysis of bolt based on fatigue design method of nominal stress method and time step load mapping was conducted. In addition, fatigue result nephogram of bolt and fatigue life of every node were obtained. The simulation results show that the bolt does not produce plastic deformation during the locking process and the fatigue life is greater than the actual services life. The simulation results conform to the life design requirements of the gun and provide reference for the improvement of bolt of similar gatling gun.
