Abstract: With the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in our country,the mechanism of agricultural water price has been gradually formed in some places,but many places are still exploring it. As an experimental area of comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Fengshui Area of South China,Jingmen has been exploring for more than three years,the agricultural water price mechanism consists mainly of agricultural water right system,water pricing model,pricing method,water charge collection and management,and watersaving reward,etc.. On this basis,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide a reference for the formation mechanism of agricultural water price under the complex geomorphologic conditions in the south water-rich area.
