海上风机单桩基础与塔筒间连接方式对比研究

A Comparative Study of the Connection Modes between Monopile and Tower of Offshore Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 海上风机塔筒与单桩基础间连接方式对结构安全有重要影响。依托某海上风电工程,借助数值分析方法研究了风轮气动阻尼对风机结构动力响应的影响,分析了塔筒与单桩基础不同连接方式下结构的自振特性与动力响应特性,并对比了灌浆连接效果随灌浆料弹模的变化情况。数值分析结果表明:风轮气动阻尼对风机结构动力响应影响较为明显,运行期风机风致响应分析中不应忽略;灌浆连接相比于变径段连接塔顶振动更小,而灌浆连接中灌浆料弹模对灌浆连接效果影响不明显。

     

    Abstract: The connection mode between the tower and monopile of the offshore wind turbine has an important impact on structural safety.Based on an offshore wind power project, the influence of the aerodynamic damping of the wind wheel on the dynamic response of the wind turbine structure is studied by numerical analysis method. The natural vibration characteristics and dynamic response characteristics of the structure under different connection modes between tower and monopile are analyzed, and the change of grouting connection effect with elastic modulus of grouting material is compared. The results of numerical analysis show that the aerodynamic damping of the wind wheel has obvious influence on the dynamic response of the wind turbine structure, which should not be ignored in the analysis of the wind induced response of the wind turbine during operation. The top displacement of the tower in grouting connection is smaller than that in variable diameter connection, and the elastic modulus of the grouting material in the grouting connection has no obvious effect on the grouting connection effect.
