一种水下预埋封闭钢管置换岩塞体贯通既有水库施工技术探讨

  • 摘要: 针对取水工程取水口施工采用常规的施工技术受环境条件和地质条件制约大,且环境污染大、施工工期长、施工投入高、需要大型设备及船舶等问题,该施工技术创造性的改变了传统的先内后外的施工顺序,通过预埋水下封闭钢管置换岩塞体,通水时间不受汛期滞约,利用浮箱水上平台进行取水口管槽水下开挖、预埋钢管下沉就位、水下混凝土包封固定取水口钢管以及防渗、岸坡恢复等一系列工艺措施,用预埋钢管置换了岩塞体,使贯通变成了只是简单的水下静水切割钢管盲板,不仅确保了取水口贯通质量,施工安全,库区蓄水正常运行而且对施工区周边环境和既有构筑物基本无影响。

The construction area is not only safe but also has no impact on the surrounding environment and existing structures.
