摘要: 为了解决难以控制盘车角速度从而导致的测量摆度数据无法与角度对应的问题,通过使用电涡流传感器与新型光栅传感器结合的装置,采用变速盘车自适应的连续摆度测量法,研发基于Matlab开发的摆度分析处理系统,准确计算了泵轴固定测点上的摆度数据,并给出了相应的轴线调整方案,相关成果可应用于大型立式泵站盘车及摆度测量中。Abstract: In order to solve the difficulties in controlling the turning angular velocity leading to the angle measurement ferrying data with the corresponding problem by using eddy current sensor and new type of grating sensor device,using an adaptive variable speed barring consecutive ferry method is used,and the development of analysis and processing system is based on Matlab,the accurate calculation of the pump shaft fixed point on the ferry,and the corresponding axis adjustment scheme is given for your reference. Relevant achievements can be applied to turning and swing measurement of large vertical pump stations.
