气吸式残膜回收除杂一体机试验研究

Experimental research on the air suction type residual film recovery and decontamination integrated machine

  • 摘要: 针对现有残膜回收机捡拾率低且回收后的残膜中含有大量碎土块、秸杆等杂质的问题,通过增设割膜装置、吸膜除杂装置、集膜装置,研制了一种气吸式残膜回收除杂一体机。本文以前进速度、弹齿链转速和风机转速为试验因素,以残膜的捡拾率为试验指标进行实地试验,结果表明各试验因素对残膜捡拾率的影响由大到小为:弹齿链转速>前进速度>风机转速。通过正交试验极差分析和方差分析得出,当前进速度为5 km/h,弹齿链转速为225 r/min,风机转速为1 900 r/min时,残膜的捡拾率为91.6%,残膜含杂率为10.5%。研究结果可为残膜回收设备研发提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing residual film recovery machine has a low pick-up rate and the recovered residual film contains a large amount of debris, straw and other impurities. By adding a film cutting device, a film suction and impurity removal device, and collecting film device, an air suction type residual film recovery and impurity removal integrated machine was developed. In this paper, taking the forward speed, the speed of the elastic tooth chain and centrifugal fan speed as the test factors, the field test was carried out with the pick-up rate of the residual film after work. The results show that the influence of various factors on the pick-up rate of the residual film is large to the small: speed of the elastic tooth chain > forward speed > centrifugal fan speed. Through orthogonal test range analysis and variance analysis, when the forward speed is 5 km/h, the speed of the elastic chain is 225 r/min, and the centrifugal fan speed is 1 900 r/min, the pick-up rate of the residual film is 91.6% and the impurity rate of the residual film was 10.5%. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of residual film recovery equipment.
