Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of vegetable stalks in greenhouses, especially rattan vegetable stalks, such as entanglement of blades during crushing, difficulty in feeding, short hammer life, low efficiency of the whole machine, large crushing particle size, increased bearing temperature, and high labor intensity. Guided by the crushing particle size required for the preparation of organic fertilizers and the output requirements of factory fertilizer production, based on the full study of the mechanical properties of cane straws, the principle of two-stage hammer crushing was used to design a large-capacity feeding transfer tube, two-stage tandem crushing mechanism, floating support limit seat and bearing lubricating oil intelligent temperature control system. The test was carried out with eggplant straw with an average moisture content of 28% after being spread for 15 days. The results showed that when the first and second speeds were 1 300 r/min and 2 700 r/min, the qualified rate of particle size reached 92.8%, the output per kilowatt-hour was 71.42 kg/(kW·h), and the productivity was 10.8 t/h. All indicators reached the design requirements, and met the service life and energy Comprehensive optimization of consumption and maintenance convenience.
