GFY-200型经济绿肥粉碎翻压复式机设计与试验

Design and experiment of GFY-200 type crushing and overturning combined machine for economic green manures

  • 摘要: 为实现经济绿肥高效、低能耗以及高掩埋率翻压作业需求。设计了一款GFY-200型经济绿肥粉碎翻压复式作业机,确定了粉碎翻压组件、罩壳拖板组件、动力镇压辊组件等关键部件的结构和技术参数,并利用该机对黑豆、印度豇豆、决明子、紫云英等4种夏、冬经济绿肥开展翻压试验。田间试验表明:在机具作业速度为2.5~3.0 km/h,刀辊转速为387 r/min条件下,经济绿肥平均翻压深度为16.9 cm,经济绿肥茎秆平均粉碎长度合格率为82.35%,经济绿肥平均掩埋率为93.28%,工作效率可达0.67~1.0 hm2/h。经济绿肥粉碎翻压复式机试验指标均符合国家和行业标准要求,翻压质量和功耗消耗上也明显优于畜力犁、铧式犁、旋耕机等现有绿肥翻压方式,增加土壤保墒效果的同时,提高了绿肥翻压的肥效,具有很好的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize high-efficiency, low energy-consumption and high burying rate in the requirements of mechanized ploughing operation for economic green manure crops, a GFY-200 type crushing and overturning combined machine for economic green manure crops was designed, and then the structural and technical parameters of the key components such as the crushing and overturning component, the encloser trailing bar component and the powered roller component were designed. The overturning experiments of four kinds of economic green manure crops in summer and winter, such as black bean, indian cowpea, cassia seed and Astragalus smicus were carried out by the machine, the results of field overturning experiments showed that with the operation speed of 2.5~3.0 km/h, the rotation speed of knife roller was 387 r/min, the average overturning depth of the four economic green manures was 16.9 cm, the qualified rate of the average crushing length of the economic green manure stalks was 82.35%, the average coverage rate of the economic green manure crops was 93.28%, the designed crushing and overturning combined machine for economic green manure crops could work efficiently up to 0.67~1.0 hm~2/h, the tested indexes met the requirements of national and industrial standards, which was obviously superior to the conventional overturning modes such as animal plough, mouldboard plough and rotary tiller in terms of overturning quality and the combination pattern. With the operation of this machine, the soil moisture conservation effect was increased, while the fertilizer effect of green manure crops was improved at the same time, which would have a good popularization and application value.
