Abstract: In order to improve the service level of agricultural machinery supply chain, the service quality evaluation system of agricultural machinery supply chain was established from four perspectives including organizational form model, service business, value added and other aspects, aiming at the agricultural machinery supply chain with manufacturing enterprises as the core. The extension matter-element model of index data was established to qualitatively and quantitatively express the level of agricultural machinery supply chain service quality and its level within the level range through extension analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation was carried out in combination with specific cases. The results show that the service quality of the agricultural machinery supply chain is excellent and the correlation degree reaches 0.072 7, which is consistent with the actual operation of the supply chain.
