我国农业机械化科技协同创新模式研究——基于创新生态视角

Research on collaborative innovation mode of agricultural mechanization science and technology in China: Based on the perspective of innovation ecology

  • 摘要: 为实现到2025年,全国农作物耕种收综合机械化率达到75%,农机装备品类基本齐全,重点农机产品和关键零部件实现协同发展,产品质量可靠性达到国际先进水平,需要进一步优化科技创新生态,激发农业机械化科技创新潜力。本文从创新生态的视角,概述各创新主体的作用及其特征,分析农业机械化科技创新内外部的制约因素,构建农业机械化科技协同创新模式,提出创建农业机械化工程良好创新生态的建议,探索多方位营造良好科技创新生态,强化农业机械化科技创新能力,推动农业现代化建设。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of 75% of the comprehensive mechanization rate of crop cultivation in China by 2025, the categories of agricultural machinery and equipment are basically complete, the key agricultural machinery products and key parts are coordinated, and the product quality and reliability reach the international advanced level. It is necessary to further create a good science and technology innovation ecology and stimulate the science and technology innovation potential of agricultural mechanization. From the perspective of innovation ecology, this paper summarizes the role and characteristics of each innovation subject, analyzes the internal and external constraints of agricultural mechanization science and technology innovation, and constructs the collaborative innovation mode of agricultural mechanization science and technology. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions of creating a good innovation ecology of agricultural mechanization engineering, explores to create a good science and technology innovation ecology in many aspects, strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural mechanization, and promotes the construction of agricultural modernization.
