Abstract:
Pneumatic seeder has the advantages of strong adaptability, high working speed and high working efficiency. It is also the development direction of domestic planter in the future. The intelligent measurement and control technologies of pneumatic seeder include the detection of material level of seed box, blockage, flow rate and sowing depth, as well as the automatic control of key parameters such as fan speed, seeding axis drive, sowing depth, sowing quantity and sowing row. In view of these key technologies, on the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, the restrictive factors of the performance of the metering device, the dynamic matching, and the research and development of the sensor were discussed. It is expected that the measurement and control technology of pneumatic seeder will be developed in the fields of electric drive seed metering, metering and intelligent control.
