气流输送式播种机测控技术研究进展

Research progress on measurement and control technology for pneumatic seeder

  • 摘要: 气流输送式播种机具有适应性强、作业速度快、作业效率高等优点,也是国内播种机未来的发展方向。气流输送式播种机智能化测控技术包括种箱料位、堵塞和流量、播深等检测技术,以及风机速度、排种轴驱动、播深、播量、播种行等关键参数自动控制技术。针对这些关键技术,在归纳各项技术优缺点的基础上,讨论我国气流输送式播种机在排种器性能、动力匹配、传感器研发方面发展的制约因素,展望我国气流输送式播种机测控技术将在电驱动排种、播种流量检测及智能控制技术方向发展。

     

    Abstract: Pneumatic seeder has the advantages of strong adaptability, high working speed and high working efficiency. It is also the development direction of domestic planter in the future. The intelligent measurement and control technologies of pneumatic seeder include the detection of material level of seed box, blockage, flow rate and sowing depth, as well as the automatic control of key parameters such as fan speed, seeding axis drive, sowing depth, sowing quantity and sowing row. In view of these key technologies, on the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, the restrictive factors of the performance of the metering device, the dynamic matching, and the research and development of the sensor were discussed. It is expected that the measurement and control technology of pneumatic seeder will be developed in the fields of electric drive seed metering, metering and intelligent control.
