Abstract:
In order to explore the movement law of the feeding mechanism of the generous bale baler, through the preliminary determination of the basic parameters of the feeding mechanism, the SolidWorks software was used to obtain the schematic diagram of the large and small feeding fork mechanism, and the large and small feeding fork mechanism was established. The position equation of MATLAB was programmed and solved by MATLAB. After analysis, the trajectory of the small feeding fork and the large feeding fork is cashew-shaped, the small feeding fork has a movement cycle of T
1=0.7 s and the large feeding fork has a movement cycle of T′
1=1.5 s. By appropriately changing the length of the large feeding fork l′
e, the compression type of the large feeding fork can be improved. The residence time increases the pre-compression chamber and the compression type internal grass filling capacity, thereby improving the working efficiency of the generous baler. When l′
e=560 mm, the amount of straw fed in the whole cycle is 1.744 kg, and the feeding efficiency is increased by 13.54%, which can be better used in agricultural production. The simulation preliminarily verified the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, described its movement state intuitively and clearly, and provided a reference for the design of the feeding mechanism.
